What is Business Mind Connect?

Business Mind Connect is a modular, skills-based learning library covering psychosocial hazards in the workplace. Individual bite-sized modules focus on a single hazard. Employers can use a module on its own, group several into a bundle, or deliver the complete workforce training pathway.

Is Business Mind Connect one long course?

Accepted Answer

No. The library is deliberately modular. A learner can complete a short module on one hazard, and an employer can build a sequence that fits their work, shifts and existing risk process. The complete workforce pathway is the full set of foundational modules.

Question 3

Is Business Mind Connect available now?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. The library is in development and employers are being invited to discuss pilot and licensing arrangements. The target for a first release is the end of January 2027. That is a target, not an assured launch date.

Question 4

Does the training replace hazard identification, consultation or risk controls?

Accepted Answer

No. Training builds capability but does not run your risk-management process. Business Mind Connect does not identify hazards for you, consult your workers, implement controls, or guarantee legal compliance. It is designed to support the people who do those things.

Question 5

Do learners complete diagnostic mental health tests?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no diagnostic mental health tests, clinical screening or personal mental health scoring. Each module includes a short knowledge self-reflection before and after, focused on what the learner understood about the content.

Is Business Mind Connect accredited or nationally recognised training?

Accepted Answer

No. Business Mind Connect is not an accredited qualification and does not certify an organisation against any standard. It is practical, skills-based workplace learning designed to support awareness and early action.

Question 7

How is Business Mind Connect delivered?

Accepted Answer

Two delivery options are being finalised: flexible employer licensing, including SCORM-compatible content for an organisation's own learning management system, and individual access through a LearnWorlds-hosted environment. Neither is a confirmed product yet.
